lol no where really...just busy & sick BUT i am feeling better. if you know me, you know that I have headaches...well I have had a headache nearly everyday since 2006....yep dr after dr (PC, neurologist, MRI, CatScans, OB/GYN, chiropractors, herbal medicine dr, dentist, eye doctors), I was told nothing...except they are migrains, you are depressed, you are stressed, you are overweight...blah blah blah blah blah....finally, I was given kinda of an answer.
I was diagnosed with Cervicogenic Headaches. So I started some new meds, physical therapy...no help. THEN the answer to painless days...ACUPUNCTURE!!! who knew these little needles would be so much help!! i don't just go in and get little pokes, I acutally come home with little needles in my skin (that is the tapes on my neck).
Let me just say, they are not pretty, but OOOO I feel so much better.
I am ready to start blogging again.....so have reading ALL my posts while I catch you up!!
