First Day of School

The 20th was my babies first day of school.  They are in the in 2nd grade~seriously could have cried, but I was around other moms.  I am not sure how and when they grew up.  But they did so well, I walked them to school and they left as though it was just another day.  

BUT I did earn a mom award for this!  I forgot to pack their lunch for the first day of school...yep her is their lunch.  LOL

so its been a few days since i posted. mostly because it was finals week and I was busy---then it was over! Yippee

now its onto, house cleaning, laundry (LOTS of laundry), scrapbook project (3 of them) due by this Thursday....lots to do!!

so I am probably gonna be a little MIA for a little bit.

The break is over :(

during Thanksgiving break, the hubby was off so I got lots of help with kids/house/etc...plus there is no school homework for me, so I have done nothing....even though there has been lots to do :D

BUT sadly, I am back. house to be cleaned by myself, homework (finals @ that) to be done and some crafty deadlines to meet.

Yeah! I Passed!

yeah, the semester is over, and I passed ALL my classes! what a semester...so VERY glad its over. I have to say 6 A's, is pretty awesome, considering I wasn't doing so well in some of them :D Lol

I also have to note that I am proud of my hubby, he came out of this semester with 2A's, 1 B & a C. very good, don'tcha think!

Homework, anyone?

well if you said yes, then I still have a few more classes that I need final projects in. Although I am done completely with my OECS 110 class. Its a Powerpoint class.

My baby is growing up.......

Carolina has been telling me that she wants to ride the bus to school.  But I have just not wanted her to yet.

Well I finally let her and the bus came this morning and she was so excited that she ran out the door (no kiss for mom). 

 I barely got any pictures.

Well we put her on the bus and off she went!

Then me and Boogies got in the truck to take him to school :D lol

yep I still had to drive to the school

Then after school, I got him from class and she went on the bus....and we met her at the house

She loved it! 

She is so proud of her "purple pass"....(her information card)

here are a few pictures from our day....now @ first all was good, he was ok about going to school....not really hating it (yet) aren't my babies getting big??

just this time last year, it was just Carolina going to school....here is Daddy last year walking Carolina to class for the first time...

Once to their classrooms...they seem pretty eager as they enter the doorsNow Carolina was really ready to go back to school...She is a pro @ it now :D. She knows exactly what to do...
And Boogies seems like he knows what to do and seems to like it......

BUT once we had to leave, things didn't go so well...there was screaming and hollering when we left....aww yes, mommy didn't do well either....

As 11 am came around we (ok, just me :D lol) hurried back to pick them up and Boogies was fine, not crying (last year, Carolina came out of the door everyday, crying)....Boogies just go int he door crying :D lol

She is such a great BIG sister. She is very protective. She is "taking" care of him and asking him how his day went. (they just saw each other on the playground). They are not in the same class, but they do share the same schedule for snacks & recess. Silly girl.
