doesn't this look fun!?

This is what I will look like on April 21st...yep, I signed up to do the Color me Rad 5K.  not sure what i got myself into but me and a friend will be a loving mess after the run...but fun right? :)

ok. i like to run. and i have tried to 'pick up' running again in the past...but I just quit.  So my bff, christa, asked me to run a 5k with her...so i signed up!
yep paid my $$ and everything....now I HAVE to, right!!!

I will be running dec. 11th in this race....join me!!!

where you running to?

(note: these are not my legs, I wished!!)

so today is the day! I started running...I really enjoyed running in the past and I decided today was the day to start again.

So I was suppose to get up this AM and run, but that was not happening...well I did get up BUT it was to damn cold and still dark out, so I climbed back into bed.

I just got home from my 1.4 (almost 1.5) mile walk/jog....pretty proud of myself.
I was gone 27 minutes came home, got in the truck and went back to measure it...
I walked .6miles and ran .75 miles, but the total I walked/ran was 1.4miles so I the distance is a little off. I tried to measure with the truck the portions I walk and the portions I ran...so the numbers are a little off...

But here I am putting it in black and white "I will run everyday"

so off to shower and put some bengay on my shins they hurt...
