Where was I, yesterday?

I was at a 12 hour crop. my last 12 hour crop to organize for the Krafty Ladies, a meetup.com group.

I started the group back in Sept 2007....WOW over 2 years. I have organized over 100 events... In those 2 years i have made some GREAT friends.....

I have closed the group, not because I am stopping scrapbooking, but I want to scrapbook more. As the organizer of the group, most of the time is spent talking to people, giving out door prizes, tending to snacks/food and not much scrapbooking.

So I am going to attend the crops now and scrapbook.....

Photo to come.....

Layout Pages 19-26

over the weekend. Krafty Ladies had a kick-off crop. 14 hours of great friendship, food & fun!
here is a picture of all of us who got to share in the fun!!

Since I was hosting the crop, I didn't bring anything to work on, since I don't normally get much done. But I was able to help my mom get pages done. I did these 4 layouts for her. All the kits came from A Page 4 All Seasons.
I really loved working on the older photos of my folks. Very cool!!!

Layout Pages 108-119

the Last weekend in July, Krafty Ladies (& Faith, mostly) hosted a weekend retreat, here in town @ a local hotel. She called it Camp Crop-a-Lot!!! awesome huh? It was a great time...wonderful food, snacks and most of all friends....I didn't get as much done as I would have like however, I did manage to do a few pages. Now I didn't scrapbook one LO, just added pictures, so I didn't count it towards my goal of 365 pages for the year. (as I counted it earlier this year, when I made it)

this first LO is with the August Heartstring Designs kit...its about my son, when he had his eye exam (dialated), picking up his glasses and wearing them for the first time!!
This LO is my daughter when she was younger...showing us she can eat all her food!!

I made this LO with a kit (one I found on sale on line somewhere) super easy!!! Carolina trying to feed her brother.

I really like this LO, this was fun to make....its a LO of a new toy! old pictures, from last summer!

this LO looked really good with these pictures of my kiddos, splashin around in the puddles...another kit I had laying around. its a CTMH kit

this is the LO, is the one I didn't count. its a Heartstring Designs kit (May kit)...its a LO of my kiddos putting on makeup....as you can see grandma sleeping, she is the babysitter :D lol

Bobbers, first parade. the pioneer days parade in clovis
